Broomfield, Colorado. Follow the Ruel is a coffee café which serves panini and frittatas as well as pastries and eclectic daily specials. We use locally grown organic product whenever possible, make our own cures, stocks etc. We cater all events from casual to fine dining. There are also cooking classes, winemaker dinners, pop up restaurants and so much more!

Lafayette, Colorado. A Family Friendly American Eatery offering contemporary American comfort fare in a three plate concept. We use local fresh ingredients, have an innovative wine list and offer house infused vodkas. Every item on the menu is available in three tiers . Small (taster), medium (single portion) Large (to share) The larger the portion, the more economical. The kid's menu is also unique as every menu item is "create your own" which allows the kids to put together their own ingredients to make their own meal. The restaurant is split on two levels, the top floor is a comfortable dining room/bar. The lower level features a cozy dining room and bar separated with 400 sq ft of "Klub Tutti" where kids of all ages can find something fun to do while their parents can see them from any table in the room.

Downtown Portland, Oregon. This magnificently refurbished Victorian house, slightly off-the-beaten-23rd Avenue-track, offers a cozy and pleasant dining experience. The menu, changing seasonally, reflects reverence for local ingredients and flair for French cooking---with an occasional nod to Cuban heritage. Most patrons swoon over the pumpkin custard crab cakes; they’re light and the pumpkin seeds are worked ingeniously into the crab. Other standout dishes include braised lamb shank or grilled duck breast. The food is always inventive here, coupled with an excellent wine list. The servers are attentive and knowledgeable. Laslow’s is a marvelous spot for a memorable supper.
